He specializes in helping people with limited mobility and those that do not feel comfortable in the typical gym environment. His training methods often result in improved sleep, increased energy and mobility.

Mariana is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and with 8 years of experience, she is qualified to work with a wide range of individuals - from youths to seniors. She specializes in Resistance, Flexibility, Cardiovascular, core, balance, speed, and agility training. She believes in coaching lifestyle changes rather than just the training aspect.

Michelle is a Personal Trainer with over 20 years experience. She is well educated in the fitness field and has even competed in Body Building Shows. She has a passion for learning new techniques to help improve her clients' lifestyles.
