Meet Our Instructors

Cindie has been in New Smyrna Beach since 2014 and has a passion for exercise and dance. She has been an instructor since 2017 and is a certified group instructor with the Fitness Association of America, specializing in Silver Sneakers Classes

Sheila has worked in the fitness industry for 40 years, teaching a wide variety of classes including Cardio, Strength, Pilates, Cycle, and Silver Sneakers. She loves classic rock and uses that energy to motivate and keep classes fun. Originally from the West Coast, she has called Florida home for the past 30 years.

Karen has been an experienced Personal Trainer for 17 years and is a former Fitness Studio Owner. Among her favorite classes to teach are Bootcamp, Barre, Kickboxing, TRX, STONG, Yoga, Bosu, and Zumba. She spends time with her two canine friends and her mantra - Bodies in Motion with Mindfulness.

A native of Long Island, Marie has lived in New Smyrna Beach since 1999. She has a Bachelors in Education and a Masters in Special Education. She has been involved in fitness since her early 20s and has participated in traces including half marathons. She loves teaching new concepts in fitness to all her classes.

Andi has been an enthusiastic yoga practitioner for 20 years and strongly believes that Yoga is for everyone. She specializes in Gentle Yoga, and loves to create an environment that supports yoga practice without judgement. She was born in Germany, has a lovely daughter, and loves to surf.

Roxanne is a Veteran and Military spouse who volunteers with local and national dog rescues. She incorporates a combination of fun, balance, and peace into all of her classes. Through Yoga, she has discovered methods to help transform bodies and assist in finding personal truth.

Bonnie moved to New Smyrna Beach from Southern California. She has taught Fitness Classes for over 20 years, including Hi/Lo Aerobics, Step, Spin, and Yoga. She is a seasoned Instructor who is able to tailor her classes and anyone to attends. She loves to create a positive and fun environment for her students.

A fitness instructor for the past 25 years, Gabby has a passion for exercise that began with water aerobics. She desires to motivate people to develop healthier habits to change their lives. She is certified in Aerobics, Zumba, chair exercise, Pilates, and Personal Training - specializing in people with Parkinson's Disease. She loves her work empowering people to feel strong, confident, happier, healthier, and remaining independent for as long as possible.
