50+ Fitness Training

The older you are, the more important it is for you to do weight training. The average person starts losing muscle mass somewhere at about age 25, so it is not too early to start working on maintaining, or increasing, yours.

A program will be designed specifically for you based on your current fitness levels and your personal goals.

Combining our extensive sports knowledge and the most current research data, we will prepare you for optimal performance. You will improve your athletic skills with unique conditioning, strength, agility, and flexibility exercises. Proper instruction ensures athletic progress, and decreases your risk of injury.
